Michael Caine's The Ethosphere

Thursday night was mayhem. That's the word. Mayhem. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was awesome, exceptional mayhem in a very small space.

Okay, okay, so they're just another covers band playing just another back room of a pub in London. Yes! But they are better than the ACTUAL band whose material they covered. I don't think I'm alone in that verdict either.

Just when the crowd thought it couldn't get any better...they bring out their friend Steve. With him they did versions of After Hours, It's A Hit and Impatience. I'm thinking We Are Scientists must be quaking in their boots right now.

The only problem I could see with this band is that the venues they're going for are just too small. They've set their sights far too low. It's unfortunate that this was their first and last gig. These guys could really be going places with the right tour manager in place. It's a shame only a limited number of people got to see what these guys are made of. It was mentioned that they intend to go back to their day-jobs. What a waste.

The real We Are Scientists can only dream of being this good.

Farewell boys, it was nice seeing you. Already looking forward to the reunion tour in 2015...

**Breaking News**
I can't believe W.A.S. had the gall to claim it was actually them! Ha, that proves how good the show was... and that W.A.S. are nothing but spotlight hoes...
